If the cooperative merchant refuses to make rectification, the market party has the right to impose a fine of up to 500 yuan at one time, and the market has the right to ask the merchant to move out of the market after warning and punishment for three times.
4、 (1) it is strictly prohibited for all motor vehicles to drive into the market business area. Their vehicles can only park in the parking area designated by the security guard. Vehicles loading and unloading goods can park aside at zero hours, and the fire passage shall not be blocked. Leave the site immediately after loading and unloading. And the total parking time shall not exceed 30 minutes. Violators will be fined 200 yuan. Non motor vehicles can only be parked in the area designated by the security guard.
(2) All vehicles in front of all fire passages, aisles and gates in the market shall not be parked and placed randomly. Once found, the vehicle shall be locked and fined 100-300 yuan.
5、 The commodities and billboards of all cooperative businesses shall not be placed outside the door, and all violators shall be confiscated. For cooperative merchants who intend to occupy the road for publicity and promotion activities, they must report to the office for approval in advance, and report the scope of road occupation and promotion period. Promotion can only be carried out after approval. After the activity, clear the site by yourself.
6、 All cooperative businesses shall not operate other commodities beyond the business scope of the contract. Once verified, violators will be fined 500-5000 yuan and must withdraw from sales within 15 days. Otherwise, the market has the right to order it to suspend business for rectification.
7、 When carrying out each activity, all businesses must go out to cooperate with the promotion. The market side will inform the time of departure in advance. If there is something urgent, they can inform the notifying personnel to make adjustment when receiving the notice, which can be adjusted for up to one day. Do not be late, absent or leave early for publicity. Merchants can supervise each other and report anonymously. Once verified, they will be fined 500 yuan (the same for driving out).
8、 It is forbidden to form alliances in the market, solicit and bring customers in the market. Once verified, it will be fined 1000-10000 yuan and closed for rectification for 7 days. For those who violate the rules for more than three times, the lease contract shall be terminated.
9、 Each merchant must register a license plate number and post a long-term car sticker on the market. The delivery vehicle must post a long-term advertising, and the car must be uniformly posted on the rear windshield.
10、 The advertising fee charged by the market side is mainly used for the publicity of the overall popularity of the market and the festival promotion activities carried out irregularly during holidays. All cooperative businesses shall unconditionally cooperate to participate in and bear part of the expenses arising from the activity.
11、 It is forbidden to engage in recreational activities such as playing mahjong, fighting landlords and playing badminton in the market, and it is forbidden to smoke in the market. Smoking should be in the designated area. Once found, RMB 500-2000 will be fined. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be transferred to the public security organ for handling.
12、 Cooperative businesses are strictly prohibited from using electric rice cookers, electric frying pans, microwave ovens, electric ovens, gas tanks, battery car charging, tricycle charging, etc. in the market area. If the market office and security management personnel are found, they will be confiscated and fined 500 yuan. The user must be fully responsible for the fire hazards or accidents caused by the use of the above high power consumption equipment.
13、 It is strictly prohibited to use open fire in the market to clean vehicles and clothes and sheets brought at home. The three guarantees area in front of the door shall be cleaned every day, and articles shall not be placed at will to affect the surrounding environment. In case of violation, RMB 200-1000 will be fined.
14、 Take good care of public fire-fighting equipment and facilities in the market. The merchant shall not take down the fire extinguisher placed in each shop without permission, and shall be obliged to take care of it. All businesses must participate in the fire safety training uniformly organized by the market side. Fire fighting equipment and facilities are strictly prohibited from being covered by objects, and can not be changed at will. Fire extinguishers should be placed in an eye-catching place.
15、 Cooperative businesses must earnestly do a good job in public security and fire control, and implement the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible". The person in charge of each cooperative business shall sign the letter of responsibility for public security and fire fighting with the market management department. In the market, it is strictly prohibited to use open fire for non production, connect power supply without permission and use high energy consuming electrical equipment. It is strictly prohibited to store flammable, explosive and other dangerous and toxic chemicals and liquids in the market. All businesses that use open fire for operation shall go to the market management department for filing and process and produce at the designated place. For unauthorized use, violators will be fined up to 1000 yuan. In case of sudden public security and fire accidents in the market, follow the command, arrangement, handling and evacuation of market safety personnel to prevent the expansion of the situation.
16、 Do not use water to flow around. Please prepare a bucket to catch the water from the faucet and pour it into the sewer after use. When leaving the store, you should form the habit of turning off the power.
17、 Littering is strictly prohibited. The domestic garbage of all businesses shall be placed in the trash can outside the door when the door is closed in the afternoon, and shall be uniformly handled by the cleaning personnel. Construction waste shall be disposed of by itself and shall not be poured into domestic garbage cans. Violators shall be fined 50 yuan each time, just like littering.
18、 The second floor can be built only with the permission of the company and the filing and handling procedures, and the special regulations on the management of the second floor shall be observed. Otherwise, once the stored articles are found, all the articles shall be removed immediately and a fine of 1000-10000 yuan shall be imposed. If the circumstances are serious, the lease contract shall be terminated.
19、 It is forbidden to park all vehicles in the market after the market is closed. In case of accidental damage, our company will bear all losses, and our company will not bear any responsibility.
20、 It is forbidden to enter the market after 12 pm to load and unload goods. In case of special circumstances, the merchant must ask the market management department for permission before entering and leaving the goods, and register in the guard room.
21、 Every time the management party notifies the merchant of a meeting, each merchant must attend. If it is unable to attend due to special circumstances, it is necessary to ask for leave in advance. If it does not ask for leave, it will be fined 200 yuan / time, and those who are late will be fined 50-100 yuan each time. Those who are absent or late for more than three consecutive times will be suspended for rectification for five days and fined 500-1000 yuan.
